Impossible Lasagne Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 small can sliced mushrooms
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 (12 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2/3 c. Bisquick mix
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions; drain.
    Add seasoning, tomato sauce, tomato paste, mushrooms and 1 cup Mozzarella cheese.
    Mix well. Spoon into casserole dish, 1/2 of meat mixture.
    On top of this, layer Ricotta cheese.
    Layer remaining meat mixture.
    Blend last 5 ingredients in blender for 15 seconds.
    Pour over top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and serve.
