Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. onion, grated
1 c. sharp cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook broccoli approximately 5 minutes.
Drain.
Combine soup, mayonnaise, onion, cheese and eggs.
Add broccoli.
Put in a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with cracker crumbs.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Best to prepare a day ahead and bake just before serving.
Do not add crumbs until time to bake.
Serves 8.
