Skillet Chicken Divan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. sherry cooking wine
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or florets, thawed
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. Minute original instant enriched rice
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Cook and stir chicken in hot oil in a large skillet until browned.
Add water, cooking wine, broccoli and soup.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in rice and cover.
Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork and sprinkle with cheese.
This recipe makes 4 servings, but it can be doubled.
