One-Bowl Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. cocoa
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. red food coloring
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add remaining ingredients, then slowly add 2 cups water and mix well until all ingredients are well blended.
    Pour into a well-greased loaf pan (9 x 13-inch), which has been lined with *wax paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
    Remove wax paper immediately after cake is baked.
    Frost with your favorite powder sugar icing after the cake has cooled or just dust the top with powdered sugar.
