Easy Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. cold water
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. boiling water
    6 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Pour cold water over yeast and let stand.
    Using an electric mixer, combine shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Continue to beat mixture and add boiling water.
    Let stand until cool.
    Add yeast mixture, flour and salt.
    Mix well.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    When ready to use, punch down dough and knead lightly.
    Shape into balls and place in greased muffin pans.
    Brush lightly with melted butter.
    Let rise 1 to 2 hours or until double in size.
    Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 18 to 22 minutes.
    Yields 3 dozen.
