Butterscotch Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nutmeats (I use pecans)
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients together and press into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes or until light brown.
Cool.
Mix powdered sugar, Cool Whip and cream cheese (softened) and pour over the cooled crust.
Mix butterscotch pudding with milk as directed on the box.
Pour over and top with Cool Whip.
