Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayo
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, drained (reserve liquid to thin out mixture)
    1/4 to 1/2 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 pkg. or jar dried beef
Preparation
    Mix all together and chill overnight. Serve with crackers or chips.
