Santa Fe Casserole Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. (1.25 oz.) Lawry's taco spices and seasonings
    2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 can (7 oz.) diced green chiles
    1 pkg. (11 oz.) corn or tortilla chips
    2 c. (8 oz.) grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain fat.
    Add taco spices and seasonings; blend well.
    In small bowl blend broth and flour; add to meat mixture. Stir in sour cream and chiles; blend well.
    Pour into a greased baking dish; place 1/2 chips.
    Top with 1/2 beef mixture and 1/2 of sauce, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of green onions.
    Layer, ending with green onions.
    Bake uncovered dish in 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
