Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. top round or sirloin steaks
1 large onion, chopped
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
2 c. sour cream
butter
salt and pepper
flour
Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Trim all fat, then cut in 1/2-inch strips (easiest to do if meat is partially frozen).
Dredge meat strips in flour and brown in butter on all sides, a few at a time.
Remove meat from pan; keep warm.
