Baked Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. grated apples
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine margarine, sugar and egg in mixing bowl; beat until light.
Gradually blend in combined flour, soda, nutmeg and cinnamon.
Stir in vanilla, apples and walnuts.
Pour mixture into an ungreased 13 x 9-inch.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until done when tested.
Serve warm or cold topped with ice cream.
