Mushrooms In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. flour
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Combine undrained mushrooms and onion in saucepan; simmer for 10 minutes.
    Melt margarine in skillet; blend in flour.
    Cook, stirring, until lightly browned.
    Add to mushrooms.
    Cook, stirring constantly until thickened.
    Stir in sour cream; heat through.
    Yields 4 servings.
