Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. hot water
    juice of 1 lemon or 1 Tbsp. ReaLemon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 pkg. graham crackers (1/4 box), mashed fine
    1/2 stick melted butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 can chilled milk or Milnot
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Add lemon juice.
    Cool until partly set (about like egg white).
    Cream the cream cheese with 1 cup sugar; mix until fluffy.
    Mix graham crackers with melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar.
    Mix well.
    Set aside 3/4 cup crumbs for topping.
    Press rest of mixture in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Whip milk until very stiff.
    Slowly add jello mixture.
    Beat well. Add cheese mixture and beat 2 minutes at 1/2 speed.
    Pour into cracker shell and top with reserved crumbs; chill several hours.
