Spanakopita(Cheese Spinach Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 lb. sliced Feta cheese
    1 c. cooked spinach, drained
    3 large eggs (Egg Beaters may be used)
    1/3 to 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    9-inch pie crust (I use phyllo crust about 4 pieces)
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine until tender.
    Cool.
    Lay pieces over pie dough, follow with spinach, then onions.
    Beat eggs, add enough milk for 1 cup.
    Pour over spinach.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
