Green Beans And Red Potato Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. small red potatoes, scrubbed
    salt to taste
    2 lb. green beans, trimmed
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    10 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    10 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. sliced scallions
    freshly ground pepper to taste
    1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in slightly salted water.
    Drain.
    Wash the beans and steam until tender, but crisp, 5 to 10 minutes.
    Drain. Run under cold water and refrigerate.
