Oriental Sesame Noodle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. buckwheat noodles (soba)
    1 small yellow summer squash
    1 small zucchini
    1 c. halved cherry tomatoes
    1/2 c. bean sprouts
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. rice or white wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. grated ginger root
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
    several drops of Tabasco
    8 oz. fresh spinach
    1 Tbsp. sesame seed
    2 to 3 green onions, cut
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Before draining, add halved and cut into thin slices squash and tomatoes.
    Drain and rinse in cold water.
    Add sprouts.
