Grilled Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. potatoes, peeled and cut up
    1 medium red or green pepper, cubed
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. dried whole rosemary, crumbled
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
    1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, pepper and onion in large bowl; set aside. Heat oil, rosemary, garlic and pepper flakes together in small saucepan.
    Toss oil mixture with vegetables.
    Sprinkle with salt. Place vegetables on a large, square of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Seal well.
    Place foil package on grill over medium to hot coals. Cook 45 minutes, turning once.
    Yields 4 cups/servings.
