Summer Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded red cabbage
    1 c. shredded white cabbage
    3/4 c. shredded carrots
    1/4 c. thinly sliced onion
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    2 tsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. prepared horseradish
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine cabbage, carrots and onion.
    In another bowl, combine yogurt, oil, horseradish, salt and pepper. Spoon over cabbage; mix and toss.
    Refrigerate until chilled.
