Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour (plain or cake)
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. Wesson or corn oil
    3 c. finely grated carrots
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine oil and sugar; mix well.
    Mix half dry ingredients into sugar mixture; blend.
    Add remaining dry ingredients alternately with eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    Add carrots; mix well.
    Pour into lightly oiled or greased with shortening, then floured pans (three pans 7 x 11-inch).
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 40 minutes.
    Cool.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
