Ingredients

1 lb. can sauerkraut
1 lb. spiral noodles
4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 medium onions, sliced thin
1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
2 cans mushroom soup
Preparation

Drain and rinse sauerkraut.
Cook 15 minutes.
Boil noodles until soft to taste.
Fry onions and mushrooms in butter.
Mix sauerkraut, noodles, onions and mushrooms together and place in large casserole dish.
Add mushroom soup and 1 can of water; mix and heat.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes.
