Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, browned and drained
    6 slices bread, crumbled
    2 c. milk
    8 eggs
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Crumble bread in 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish.
    Put sausage on top. Mix milk, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper.
    Pour over sausage and add cheese.
    Cover with foil and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
    Uncover and bake 10 minutes more to brown.
