Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
4 medium or 3 large apples, peeled, cored and chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in large bowl, mix well.
Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
Batter will be thick at this point.
Add apples and pecans.
Beat until well blended, but not enough to puree apples.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or test with toothpick. Cool in pan.
Turn upside down on plate.
After completely cooled, add glaze.
