Meatball Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 slices dried bread (or bread crumbs)
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Combine beef, bread crumbs, onion, Worcestershire sauce, egg, salt and pepper.
    Shape into small balls.
    Brown in skillet in margarine.
    Remove meatballs from skillet.
    Add soup and sour cream to skillet and stir.
    When it is hot, add meatballs to sauce.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Serve over hot cooked noodles.
