Pressed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. broth
    2 envelopes plain gelatin
    2 c. diced chicken
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    6 hard-boiled eggs, cut up
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    salt and pepper to taste
    3/4 c. cut-up pickles
Preparation
    Heat broth; dissolve gelatin, then cool.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Mold in refrigerator.
    Can be made a day or two ahead.
