Chicken Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled and cut in strips
    1 large pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with Pam and put chicken in bottom. Next, layer drained broccoli on chicken.
    Salt and pepper.
    In small saucepan, combine soup, Velveeta, chicken broth, sour cream and fresh mushrooms.
    Heat until cheese is melted.
    Pour over broccoli.
    Crush cracker crumbs and add melted margarine. Sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
