Microwave English Muffin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    5 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    cornmeal
Preparation
    Combine 3 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and soda.
    Heat liquids (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0).
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Beat well.
    Stir in rest of flour to make a stiff batter.
    Spoon into 2 loaf pans that are greased and sprinkled with cornmeal.
    Let rise in warm place 45 minutes.
    Microwave on High 13 minutes.
    Allow to set in pans 5 minutes.
    Toast when ready to use.
