Happy Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
6 Tbsp. cocoa
2/3 c. salad oil
2 Tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cold water

Preparation

No sifting.
Just put all ingredients in bowl and beat the dickens out of it.
Not necessary to grease pan.
Makes a very moist dark black chocolate cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
