Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sirloin, sliced
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 to 4 c. water
    2 to 3 tsp. beef bouillon
    1 large sliced onion
    2 to 3 large green peppers
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Saute steak in oil until done.
    Add water and beef bouillon and simmer, covered, for 1 hour.
    Keep adding water and small amounts of bouillon if needed.
    Add vegetables and cook until tender.
    Remove 1/2 cup of liquid and stir flour in.
    Pour flour mixture into meat and vegetable mixture to thicken.
    Add more flour to desired thickness.
    Serve over rice.
