Mashed Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground sirloin
    6 to 8 potatoes, diced
    1/4 stick butter
    1/2 c. celery
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/3 c. Wesson oil
Preparation
    Place oil in saucepan over low heat.
    Add sirloin.
    Stir in celery, peppers and onions.
    Cook until tender.
    Add garlic powder, seasoned salt, onion powder and dry mustard
    and cook until tender, but not brown.
