Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. frozen broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Minute rice
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli according to package directions.
    Mix soup, rice and Cheez Whiz; set aside.
    Saute onion and pepper in small amount of water and 2 tablespoons margarine.
    Add to mixture and mix well.
    Fold broccoli in.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, until bubbly.
