Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. boneless chuck (use this only)
    1 large onion, sliced
    2 Tbsp. fat
    4 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. diced celery
    14 oz. bottle ketchup
Preparation
    Brown sliced onion in the fat (in large stewing pot).
    Add meat and all ingredients.
    Cook for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Remove meat from pot and shred it with a knife and fork.
    Place back in sauce.
    Serve over hamburger buns or over noodles.
    Serves approximately 12 people.
