Pasta And Shrimp(Yield: 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Red Peppers, cut into slices
    2-3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    1 lb. large Shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 lg. can Italian Seasoned Stewed Tomatoes OR 1 lg. can Seasoned Pasta Sauce
    1 lb. Linguini, cooked
    Asiago Cheese, grated
Preparation
    1. Place 2 Tbsp. olive oil in large saut pan and heat on medium high. Place red pepper slices in pan and saut till browned.
