Salmon Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg
    corn meal
Preparation
    Remove bones from salmon; add onions, egg and enough corn meal to be able to form patties. The more meal the better. If you get too much, the mixture will get crumbly and not form good patties. If this happens, just add a little milk. Fry in pan over medium heat until brown or put on cookie sheet. Spray with cooking spray on top and bottom. Bake until golden brown.
