Basic Crepes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    1 egg
Preparation
    Place flour in medium bowl.
    Combine milk, margarine and egg. Add mixture to flour, stirring with a wire whisk until almost smooth.
    Cover batter and chill for 1 hour.
