Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 eggs
3 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
3 slices bread, torn to pieces
Preparation

Stir-fry until done, not browned.
Drain off grease.
Pour into 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle grated Cheddar cheese on top.
Put sausage on top of that.
Cover with foil.
Refrigerate overnight.
Take foil off and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
