Individual Chicken Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped onion
7 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed or poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. chicken broth
3 c. cooked chicken or turkey
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots, cooked and drained
1 pkg. (6) refrigerated biscuits
Preparation

In saucepan melt butter.
Add onion and cook until tender. Stir in flour and salt, seasoning and pepper. Add broth and stir to mix well.
Cook and stir until thick and bubbly.
Add cubed chicken and vegetables and heat until bubbly.
