Lazy Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dried beefy onion soup
    1 to 2 cans cream of celery soup
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cubed
    1/2 can water
    1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix soups and water, then mix with meat.
    Bake, covered, at 275\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours.
    Stir in second can of soup if cooked noodles are added.
    Stir in 1/2 cup sour cream just before serving.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
