Homemade Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 c. scalded milk, cool until lukewarm
    1 c. flour
    1 egg
    1 1/2 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. lukewarm water
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Into large mixing bowl, combine salt, sugar and oleo.
    Add the scalded milk (cool until lukewarm).
    Add flour and egg; stir well. Dissolve dry yeast into the 1 cup lukewarm water and add to mixture, stirring well.
    Add flour (1 cup at a time, stirring well each time).
    If dough is still sticky, add up to 1 additional cup of flour.
    Set aside and let rise for 1 hour or until dough is doubled in size.
    Make into rolls and place onto greased cookie sheet.
