Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    3 c. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
Preparation
    Put yeast and sugar in water.
    Mix shortening in flour.
    Start with 5 cups flour (self-rising) and work the shortening in flour good.
    Pour in the water.
    Stir good, then add more flour to make a stiff dough.
    Put it on a floured board or counter and work 3 to 5 minutes.
    Make out rolls or loaf of bread.
    Let it rise twice its size.
    Brush top with oleo.
    Will keep in refrigerator for a week.
    Cover tight.
    Bake rolls at 425\u00b0 and loaf at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
