Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. chopped broccoli, thaw and drain well
1 stick melted oleo
1 small carton creamy cottage cheese
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 c. chopped onions
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix all together.
Add just enough milk to thin to proper consistency.
Spray large iron skillet with Pam and sprinkle with corn meal.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
If you do not want it too thick, use 2 skillets.
