Pineapple Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 c. sugar
    6 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    pinch of salt
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple (in heavy syrup)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Blend together the vegetable oil and sugar.
    Add eggs to sugar mixture, one at a time.
    Sift together flour, salt and baking powder.
    Fold flour mixture into sugar and eggs.
    Fold in crushed pineapple.
    Add vanilla.
    Bake in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 25 minutes.
