Marinated Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh button mushrooms
    1/2 oz. pkg. garlic salad dressing mix
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. Accent
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. garlic powder (optional; gives a very strong taste)
Preparation
    Wash and cap mushrooms.
    Cover in salt and boil 1 minute. Drain.
    Prepare marinade from rest of ingredients.
    Pour over caps and chill minimum of 24 hours.
    Drain and serve cold.
    Yields about 36.
