Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

2 lb. hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 stick margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Combine hash browns, chicken soup, sour cream, cheese, margarine, onion, salt and pepper. Place in baking dish and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
