Chili Mac - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (1 lb.) can kidney beans
    1 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Cook macaroni until done.
    Drain and set aside.
    Add ground beef and onions.
    Cook until brown.
    Add macaroni, water, chili powder, salt and kidney beans.
    Cover; simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Top with shredded cheese.
    Place over low heat until cheese melts.
