Quick And Easy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 (32 oz.) jars Prego spaghetti sauce (mushroom or meat flavored)
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 large onion, chopped fine
    2 garlic cloves, minced
    1 box lasagna noodles
    2 whole eggs
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
Preparation
    Prepare lasagna noodles according to package directions.
    As noodles are cooking, in large skillet fry ground chuck, breaking up the pieces with fork constantly.
    Let meat brown.
    When meat is done, remove meat with slotted spoon into a bowl.
    Saute the onion and garlic in pan drippings.
    (If there is too much grease left from the meat, drain some of it but not all of it.)
    When onion and garlic are transparent, add meat back to the skillet; mix thoroughly with onion and garlic.
    (Meat may be salted.)
    Add spaghetti sauce to meat mixture and let cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
