Gail'S Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen, chopped spinach
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    dash of garlic powder
    salt and pepper
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook spinach lightly.
    Drain and squeeze all water out. Combine all other ingredients except bread crumbs.
    Pour into a buttered casserole. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Freezes well if cooked within 10 minutes of doneness.
    Use leftovers for omelettes.
