Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cabbage
    1 large onion
    5 large Irish potatoes
    5 strips bacon
Preparation
    Shred cabbage wide and layer bottom of baking pan with part of the cabbage.
    Next slice potatoes and layer over cabbage and then slice the onions on top of this layer.
    Layer again until all vegetables are used.
    Sprinkle salt and pepper on top of the vegetables.
    Place bacon strips on top.
    Cook in oven for about 45 minutes.
    Also can use Reynolds Wrap instead of baking pan and cook on grill for about 1 hour.
