Sweet-Sour Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and cleaned
    1 lb. Chinese pea pods
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2/3 c. pineapple juice
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in pressure cooker and close cover securely.
    Place pressure regulator on vent pipe.
    Cook 2 minutes. Cool pressure at once.
    Thicken sauce, if desired, and serve on hot rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
