Autumn Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
2/3 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
1 (18 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. diced apples
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. whipped topping
Preparation

In saucepan, combine pineapple and sugar; bring to a boil and boil for 3 minutes.
Add jello.
Stir until dissolved.
Add cream cheese.
Stir until mixture is combined.
Cool.
Fold in apples, nuts, celery and whipped topping.
Pour in 9-inch square pan. Chill until firm.
