Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. oleo
1 onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
grated cheese (for top)
Preparation

Mix together and pour into casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until almost done.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake a few more minutes.
Do not overcook.
It should be soft in center (30 to 40 minutes).
