Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 potatoes
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. diced onions
Preparation
    Slice potatoes making layers in baking dish.
    Between layers, sprinkle onions and 2 to 3 pats of butter.
    Fill dish with layers. Pour in milk.
    Cover with lid and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
